My name is Kevin Lingard, I am a Real Estate professional based in the heart of the NC Triangle. I have for several years had a passion for preserving our environment, so when the National Association of REALTORS introduced their GREEN designation it was an ideal opportunity for me to amalgamate my interest with my work. As a Chartered Engineer (British equivalent of a Professional Engineer) I have an understanding of many of the techniques used in green buildings. In my spare time I am Chair of the Morrisville Environment and Re-Cycling Committee as well as being a massive Carolina Hurricanes fan!
